The cakes are separated into four categories - traditional formal, traditional informal, non-traditional, and sculptural - to make it easier for you to find the kind of cake you are looking for. But the elements in each category can be mixed and matched to create a look that reflects your unique wedding event.
     
 
 

Simple or ornate. These cakes are usually iced with white icing. If colored icing is used, the design tends to be ornate. The flower and fruit decorations tend to be understated and elegant. Includes swag piping, handmade chocolate roses, and decorations of edible gold.

   

Perfect for outdoor weddings. Includes basketweave piping and can be decorated with brightly colored flowers and fruit. Handmade chocolate roses can also be used on informal cakes.

Personal taste in design and flavor take priority over tradition. Colored icing and flavored icings (think chocolate) are appropriate. You can even choose no icing! Fruit cascades on single cakes or paired cakes (wedding and groom’s) are beautiful and speak of abundance. Stencils and poetry can be used to impart important feelings or let your personality shine through.

   

Great for thematic weddings or to just have fun. These cakes are carved into the desired image - your dog, a carousel, a sand castle. The possibilities are endless.
